Spa Etiquette
At JOY YOGA & Massage we schedule by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Due to our scheduling policy, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We look forward to providing you with spectacular care.
Late Policy
We do understand that things happen. If you are late a phone call is always appreciated. The time you arrive will determine the length of your session which will end as scheduled. Understand if you are more than fifteen minutes late, we require you to reschedule and you will be charged for the full amount of your service.
Cancellation Policy
Joy Yoga & Massage has a 24-hour cancellation policy. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, if you need to cancel your appointment, please give a 24-hour notice. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged in the amount of $30.
COVID-19 Protocol
At Joy Yoga & Massage, we're closely following CDC Guidelines. You will be asked to reschedule if any of the following apply to you. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing cold-like symptoms, and or fever, if you or anyone in your household was recently exposed to COVID, please allow 10 days to pass before scheduling your appointment.
