Our Gentle Yoga focuses on breathing. Movements are slow and controlled by your comfort level. Benefits of Gentle Yoga include an increase in flexibility and strength, a calmer mind, and a forever guide to stretch through life's stresses! Gentle Yoga ends with soothing music and breathing techniques followed with a cool towel.

Balance & Burn

60 minutes - Private Session $80

In this one-of-a-kind yoga session we turn up the intensity! By warming up with kickboxing techniques and transitioning into Yoga poses, we balance and burn our stresses away. Increase your balance and burn calories at the same time. Balance & Burn Yoga ends with soothing music and breathing techniques, followed with a cool towel.
